There have been rumours circulating about wood-burning stoves being banned in some regions of London; this is in fact, not true. Instead, the government has implemented a new Clear Air Strategy, which requires all new wood-burning stoves to adhere to eco-design compliance regulations. This proactive approach aims to reduce harmful emissions and improve air quality. All London boroughs are classified as smoke control areas where only the most efficient stoves may be used to burn logs. Many of our stoves have been DEFRA-approved as smoke-exempt for this purpose – please get in touch for further advice.

Absolutely, our in-house fitting team are fully qualified engineers, Gas Safe and HETAS registered for your peace of mind. We pride ourselves on high standards and superior customer service, treating your home like it was our own.

We do not allow customers to fit our products themselves. A qualified, registered engineer must install gas and solid fuel appliances. Attempting to install the appliance yourself will invalidate your warranty and insurance.
